Reports & dashboard
Reports use the same job data and the same money definitions as the rest of the app.
The dashboard (Home)
- Active, Completed, Overdue job counts.
- Cash flow (admins): Collected, Outstanding and Overdue. Tap it to open Invoices.
- Quick actions, materials requests, Booked revenue, expenses and projected profit (booked revenue minus materials, expenses and crew pay).
- Search across jobs, clients and addresses.
Reports tab
| Tab | Contents |

| Inspections | Submitted estimate-visit reports, with what still needs an estimate and what is awaiting the client. |
| Job Reports | Completed and paid jobs with checklist completion. Open any report to export a PDF. |
| Business | Admins only: total, active, completed, paid, unpaid and overdue jobs, booked revenue, collected, outstanding, overdue invoices and completion rate. |
Export and share
Open a job and use Share Report or Export PDF to send a summary of the job, its checklist and photos. Invoices have their own PDF from the invoice screen.
