Siteflow Pro ("we", "our", or "us") is a contractor job management app built for tradespeople and field crews. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. By using Siteflow Pro, you agree to the practices described here.

- Account information: Your name, email address, and a unique user ID assigned when you create an account.
- Business information: Your business name and details you provide during setup.
- Client information: Names, email addresses, phone numbers, and job site addresses that you enter for your clients.
- Worker information: Names and contact details for workers you add to your account.
- Job data: Job details, phase checklists, notes, line items, and materials you create within the app.
- Photos: Photos you capture or upload as job proof, stored securely in the cloud.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Siteflow Pro app and its features.
- To sync your data across devices and enable offline access.
- To generate PDF reports and job summaries on your behalf.
- To send transactional notifications related to your jobs and account.
- To improve the app based on usage patterns (no personally identifiable data is used for this).
- To respond to customer support requests.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database platform with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit (SSL/TLS). Photos are stored in secure cloud storage. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.
5. Data Sharing
We do not share your personal information with third parties except:
- Service providers: Supabase (database and storage). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
- Legal requirements: If required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
- With your consent: For example, when you share a PDF report with a client via the app's share feature.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance reasons.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
- Export your data in a portable format.
